1 Kings 6-7

1 Kings 6
480 years after the children of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, Solomon began construction of the Temple.
The temple saw built with stone finished in the quarry, so that no hammer or chisel was heard.
The Lord told Solomon that if he followed His judgements, statutes, and commandments, He will be with Israel and not forsake them.
Almost everything in the temple was overlaid with gold.
Solomon finishes the temple if 7 years.

1 Kings 7
Solomon build other buildings.
Solomon took 13 years to build his house.
Solomon built the House of the Forest, Hall of Pillars, and the Hall of Judgement.
Solomon brings Huram of Tyre to do his bronze work.
Huram built 2 pillars, 2 capitals to rest on top of the pillars, the Sea, 10 carts, 10 lavers, shovels, and bowls, all bronze for Solomon for the Temple of the Lord.
Solomon put all these things in the temple.
