2 Timothy

2 Timothy 1
Paul is praying for Timothy.
Paul tells Timothy not to be ashamed of the gospel.
“For I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I’ve committed to Him until that Day.”
Paul implores Timothy to keep the faith.

2 Timothy 2
Paul tells Timothy to be strong in the grace that is in Jesus.
Paul speaks about working and the behavior they should be exhibiting or not exhibiting.

2 Timothy 3
There will be perilous times to come.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

2 Timothy 4
“Preach the Word!”
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
Paul has been abandoned by Demas.
Only Luke is with him, so he asks Timothy to come and to bring Mark.
