1 Thessalonians

1 Thessalonians 1
Paul greets the Thessalonians, is thankful for them, and is praying for them.

1 Thessalonians 2
Paul explains his actions and his desire but inability to visit them thus far.

1 Thessalonians 3
Paul was concern for the peoples faith, so he sent Timothy.
Paul is comforted by the report of Timothy.

1 Thessalonians 4
Paul pleas for the people to be pure.
We have comfort in the Lord’s coming.

1 Thessalonians 5
The Day of the Lord is coming.
Be prepared.
Paul exhorts the people of various things.
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit…"
