1 Peter 1
We have a heavenly inheritance.
We are to live holy, just like our Father.

“But you are a chosen generation…”
We are to conduct ourselves honorably before the world.
Submit to government and master.

1 Peter 3
Wives are to submit to their husbands.
Husbands are to honor their wives.
We are called to bless.
“For it is better, if it the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.”

1 Peter 4
Christ suffered.
Serving brings God glory.
Suffering brings God glory.

1 Peter 5
Elders are given the task to shepherd the flock.
Submit to God.
Resist the Devil.
