1 John 1
Maybe things have been heard and seen about Jesus.
"God is light and in Him is no darkness at all."

1 John 2
If we keep God's commandments we know that we know Him.
"If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him."
There will be deceptions in the last hour.
Fill yourself with truth.

1 John 3
We are children of God.
"Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
"By this we know love, because He laid down Hus life for us."

1 John 4
Test the spirits.
If they confess Jesus came in the flesh, then the spirit is of God.
“Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”
“We love Him, because He first loved us.”

1 John 5
We can be confident in our prayers because they are heard by God.
Jesus has come and given us an understanding of what is true and what is false.
