Romans 1-3

Romans 1
Paul sends his greeting.
Paul tells of his desire to preach to those in Rome.
“The just shall live by faith.”
God has an unspeakable wrath against unrighteousness.

Romans 2
God’s judgement is righteous.
The Jews are guilty of breaking the law just as the Gentiles are.
Circumcision is from the heart.

Romans 3
God’s judgement is just.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
“…a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the Law.”
God is the God of the Jews and the Gentiles.
