John 13
Jesus washes the disciples’s feet.
Jesus identifies Judas as Hie betrayer.
[This is the second time it has been said that Satan enters Judas. Very interesting. I did not know this prior.]
Jesus gives a new commandment to love one another just as He loved us.
Jesus predicts Peter’s thrice denial.
John 14
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Jesus reveals the Father.
“If you asks anything in my name, I will do it.”
Jesus promises another helper.
The Holy Spirit will help remind them of the things of which Jesus told them.
John 15
Jesus is the true vine.
Jesus calls His disciples friends because they know the work of Jesus, unlike how a servant does not know what his master is doing.
Jesus warns that if they rejected Him, they will reject His disciples, but if they listened to Him, they will listen to the disciples.
