2 Chronicle 32
Sennacherib mocks how the Lord hasn’t protected Hezekiah and Israel.
Sennacherib is defeated and is killed by his own.
Hezekiah humbled himself and the Lord was merciful.
Hezekiah was very wealthy and had much during his reign.
Hezekiah dies and Manasseh reigns.
2 Chronicle 33
Manasseh does evil, rebuilding the high places, making images, and placing them in the House of the Lord.
The Lord allows Manasseh to be defeated in battle.
This makes Manasseh realize that the Lord was God.
Manasseh repents and took away the images.
Manasseh dies and Amon reigns.
Amon did evil and did not humble himself and is killed by his servants.
2 Chronicle 34
Josaih rules and does right in the eyes of the Lord.
Josiah breaks down the sacred pillar, the high places, and the carved images.
The Book of the Law is found while Josiah is restoring the temple.
Josiah is very distraught that the people are not following the Law of the Lord.
Josiah restore sacrifice and worship.
