1 Chronicles 22-24

1 Chronicles 22
David prepares for the building of the Temple.
David tells Solomon that he is to build the temple.
David wanted to build it but the Lord said he was to do other things like battle nation and that he will have a son who will build the Temple of the Lord.
The Lord will give peace and quiet in Israel for Solomon to build the Temple.

1 Chronicles 23
David makes Solomon king and the divisions of the Levites are listed.

1 Chronicles 24
The priests are listed as well as other Levites.
