Numbers 8
Aaron arranges the lamps as the Lord spoke to Moses.
The Levites are to be cleansed.
Water is sprinkled on them, their bodies are shaved and their clothes are washed.
The Levites are to brought before the Lord like a wave offering.
The Levites are separated from the children of Israel because they are the Lord's.
Levites work from 25 years of age until 50. No more.
They may still minister to their brethren, but they shall do no work.

Numbers 9
The second Passover is observed.
If you are unclean you may participate in the Passover as well as those traveling.
The pillar of cloud and fire by night will guide the children of Israel.
When the cloud or fire goes up it is time to travel.

Numbers 10
Two silver trumpets are made.
They are to be used to call the leaders or congregation together or to sound the advance in a time of war.
The children of Israel pack up and leave Mt. Sinai for the Wilderness of Paran.
