Numbers 14
The Israelites refuse to enter Canaan.
They even go as far as saying they wish they were back in Egypt! They are trippin'.
The people say that Moses and Aaron should be stoned!
Moses once intercedes for the children of Israel.
The Lord tells Moses that no one except Caleb and Joshua will enter the land He promised them.
They will all die in the wilderness. They are to wander the wilderness for 40 years.
The men who spied and gave a bad report about the land died by the plague.
The people responded by trying to go into the mountains and fight.
They do not succeed because the Lord was not with them.
Numbers 15
Laws are given for grain and drink offerings.
Laws about unintentional sin and presumptuous sin are given.
If you violate the Sabbath by working you are stoned to death.
