Numbers 11-13

Numbers 11
The children of Israel complain about how they only have manna.
The Lord tells Moses to gather 70 elders to help the people.
God said he will take the same spirit that Moses has and put it on the 70 elders.
God sends many quail to eat.

Numbers 12
Aaron and Miriam speak ill of Moses becasue he married an Ethipian woman.
They also ask why God only speaks to Moses and not them.
The Lord calls all three to the tabernacle.
The Lord tells them to not speak against Moses, His prophet.
The Lord was angry towards Miriam and Aaron.
The Lord caused Miriam to have leprosy.
Miriam must leave the camp for seven days; then she may return.

Numbers 13
The Lord tells Moses to sends spies to the land of Canaan.
The spies go throughout the land spying.
They bring back fruit of the land.
Caleb said that they should go at once and take land.
The others gave a bad report saying that there were too many people and strong cities to be able to takeover.
