Numbers 26-27

Numbers 26
The Lord tells Moses to take a second census of the people of Israel.

Numbers 27
Inheritance laws are established.
Daughters are now able to receive the inheritance if the father has no sons.
Joshua, son of Nun is chosen as the next leader of Israel.
"Take Joshua the son of Nun with you, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him."
