Jeremiah 14
The Lord punishes te people with famine and drought.
The people plead for mercy.
Jeremiah 15
The Lord will not relent.
He is going to judge the people.
Jeremiah is dejected.
The Lord reassures him that He is with him.
Jeremiah 16
Jeremiah tells the people to not have children or take wives.
Those that do will cause their children to die gruesome deaths.
The Lord is sending the peopleninto a place that they so not know to serve.
God plans on restoring Israel.
Jeremiah 17
Judah sins and is punished.
"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord."
Jeremiah prays for deliverance.
The Lord commands us to hallow the Sabbath day.
