Isaiah 13
Isaiah makes a proclomation about the destruction of Babylon.
He says Babylon will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Isaiah 14
The Lord will have mercy on Jacob.
The fall of the Babylonian king will come when the Lord gives him rest from his sorrow and fear.
The fall of Lucifer.
“'I will sweep it with the broom of destruction', says the Lord of hosts.” Babylon is destroyed.
The Lord of hosts has sworn the destruction of Assyria.
Philistia is destroyed.

Isaiah 15
Proclamation of the destruction of Moab.

Isaiah 16
Moab is destroyed.

Isaiah 17
Proclamation against Syria and Israel.
